HISTORY OF JUDO
Judo is a martial art, combat and Olympic sport
created in Japan in 1882 by Jigoro Kano.
It is a competitive sport. Now a days it is an Olympic sport and a very good auto-defense sport.
It's origens are from the samurais technics, the master take out danger techincs like dislocations and strangulations.The objetive is to either throw or takedown your opponent to the ground, immobilize or otherwise, or force he or she to submit with a joint look or a choke.
And like this it born JUDO.
